ALSO REFERRED TO AS “PLATFORM’. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SITE CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY. The data controller for your information is the Dutch Business Round Table Zürich (registered with number CHE-494.306.980).

We are committed to protect the privacy of our users. This privacy policy is intended to inform you on how we gather, define, and use information that could identify you. Such as your name, email address, address and user behaviour.

 

What data do we collect and when?

When you visit and/or use our platform or contact us, we may collect the following information:

– Personal information that you choose to share with us when registering;
– Subscription to newsletters;
– Information you update;
– Any reviews and survey responses.

Please make sure that you always provide your accurate data when registering as a user. This to ensure we have your correct contact details at all times in order to notify you with changes or updates.  

The information of third party persons should only be provided with their full consent and after having been informed about our privacy policy.

You have the right to have all your data stored by the Dutch Business Round Table removed or changed by us.

The deletion of your profile will be implemented by the end of every quarter. If you wish to have your profile deleted before this time we kindly request you to send us your details via and we will manually delete your data and activity, it will no longer be live in our system.

 

How do we collect your data?

We might collect extra data such as the device, browser, IP address and location. Also the referral source and web path, date and time that you visited, the duration of the visit and your interactions on the platform.

 

How do we protect user information?

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We have all the necessary protection walls in place to make sure your data is not easily accessible, but we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

In any case of the occurrence of an data leak we will immediately contact our users and notify them how to act in this matter. We intend to keep all our systems secure and to prevent any type of fraud, security incidents and other crime.

 

Cookies

To improve the experience of our users, the Dutch Business Round Table tracks cookies. For this purpose, we analyse the interaction between our users and the platforms and the path they took to get to our platforms. We use Google Analytics to track the visit behaviour, effectiveness of our online marketing and advertising activities. Cookies do not contain any personal information, but a session ID (session code) that has no meaning outside the the Dutch Business Round Table.

All personal information of our users will never be sold or passed through under any circumstances. Our platforms do not directly offer any third party products or services and we do not allow behavioural tracking by third parties.

We intend to keep you up to date, inform you about promotions or the latest products by communicating with you via direct marketing. The information we share with you might be targeted through information we have received from you before, to make sure our marketing is as relevant to you as possible.
